Yellow Plum

Plum is a very nutritious stone fruit and rich in vitamins, especially vitamin C. Depending on its water content, it is more or less juicy. Raisins or dehydrated plums keep longer and are very sweet.

Plums can be eaten fresh as a dessert or can be used to make stuffed cakes, jam, jelly, juice, liqueurs, etc. Raisins are preserved for longer than fresh plums.
