Yellow Nectarine

The red nectarine has a yellow pulp and a very sweet taste and a slightly fibrous texture. It can be taken both raw and as an ingredient for dessert. Yellow-fleshed nectarines are the favorites of European and American countries, they have an acidic background, which tastes like sweetness.

White nectarine

Fruit more or less globose. Its skin is smooth and shiny, attractive in color, very tasty pulp and usually has a free stone, not attached to the pulp. The taste is sweet but slightly sour. White meat varieties are typically very sweet, with little taste. Nectarine is born from a natural mutation of the peach and is perfected from crosses that give it this characteristic smooth and shiny appearance.
